Had a great five nights at Ron & Lisa's place. Everything was as described. A very quiet community with great access to multiple pools. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge. This is a great unit or two couples with the double primary bedrooms - everyone gets a good-sized king bedroom with an ensuite. The enjoyed the sliding doors from each bedroom and the main living area plus the backyard equipped with outdoor dining and lounging areas. A great place to enjoy a morning coffee!
Helpful tip...there is a bus stop just across the road from the main gate that will take you to Downtown Palm Springs (only $1 each way). A good option if you want to enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer (ie Happy Hour maragaritas) and not worry about someone needing to drive home.
Any questions were addressed quickly by the host. Would definitely stay at Ron & Lisa's again.

We have stayed at several Airbnb properties and this was by far our favorite. The pool area was a complete oasis and the inside space was very clean and cozy. Ron and Lisa were very accommodating and gave us privacy while still being available. We would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here - it was a quick trip to attend Indian Wells and the home was a welcomed reprieve from the heat. We really enjoyed the backyard spa and would consider staying here again next year.

This was a convenient place for us to stay while visiting our daughter in palm desert. The hot tub was comfortable, warm and clean. Dimmers on the lights in the house made it easy to leave see at night when on low. The full refrigerator was helpful as we had stocked up on Armenian food to take back to Oregon.

We have stayed at Ron and Lisa’s a few times and feel at home every time. The amenities they have are wonderful to use we don’t bring our shampoo’s or soap because we like what they provide. Beds are comfortable, love the swimming pool being so close and the home is nicely decorated.The location is great close to shopping and dining highly recommend this location

Ron & Lisa are awesome hosts, beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for our stay, actually better than expected. FYI: Guests have total privacy, if hosts are home you really have the whole lower section of their house and full fenced back yard, which includes beautiful pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, very nicely landscaped back yard, very clean and tidy, nothing out of place. Thank you Ron & Lisa!

Perfect location, quiet and only a few minutes from Palm Springs. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable and clean accommodations. It was the perfect haven to return to each day after exploring the area. Host is very responsive to questions.

My friend and I found this condo to be perfect for the two of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with the living area in the middle. Lovely view of the golf course and beautiful sunrises. We took some nice walks in the development that has some dedicated, well designed walking paths. All in all a comfortable place to stay in the Cathedral City/Palm Springs area.

Ron and Lisa's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Ron and Lisa were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location in Cathedral City was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We especially loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and enjoying the local vibe. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Cathedral City!

The property was exactly as we expected—peaceful, with lovely surroundings, and very convenient for our purpose (golf). We loved the double master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. We also appreciated the recently remodeled interior, which was very clean, modern, and free of unnecessary clutter. The patio was great, and our small dog was absolutely happy playing outdoors.
